okay... i know i haven't been updating lately... so now i will tell you about my wok, as the title suggests....
it's been almost three months now that I've been working. not much to tell... but i love my job. well, 3 months is a short time to say that i really like it but somehow i knew i like it... get it?
here's the chronology of my working period:
early December: went for interview at wisma dang wangi. the interview is at 10 am... finished by 4 pm. took the train and reach home around 5.30 pm. 15 minutes later received a call saying that i got the job! wow!
13 December: 1st day. went for training for 1 week. met new friends... liking the place already...
22 December: hit the call floor. start making calls to sell insurance. have great team leader... love the environment so much... fall in love already!
just before new year: make 1 sale... so proud for finally cracking the egg!
towards the end of January: the worst month for me... no sales at all. have to meet the former senior manager. got recommended for inbound call center from my team leader. went for the interview with the team managers.. accepted the offer.
2nd February: 1st day in inbound call center. just brief introduction....
7th February: attending 5 weeks training for customer service. this week i answered 25 calls... so proud of my self. i really like this job and falling in love with it. i don't know why but i'm liking it... maybe my skills are in this area... lovin' it...
so that's all for now....
